A training style that merges the bodyweight, strength, Yoga and bare with conditioning to develop strong bodies. She runs virtual fitness training classes for one to one clients, as well as group training on What’s App or Skype.

She supports her clients using a mix of mobility workouts, resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning and Yoga Asana. She helps them to improve their body composition and confidence.
